ALL HELL
All Hell was formed in Asheville, North Carolina in 2013. Guitarist and vocalist Jacob Curwen, bassist Erik Ballantyne, and drummer Elanti play blackened thrash metal and metalpunk rooted in fast thrash riffs, first-wave black metal, deathrock, and DIY punk. Horror, occult imagery, and dark storytelling run through both the band’s music and visual work

More than a decade of touring has taken All Hell across the United States. The band provided direct support for Black Tusk on an 11-day run in January 2020, toured with Ringworm, and joined Profanatica and Panzerfaust for the closing dates of their tour. In 2018, All Hell performed at Decibel Metal & Beer Fest in Philadelphia alongside Carcass, Mayhem, Repulsion, and Incantation. Their festival history also includes Dark Lord Day and RPM Fest.

All Hell ended a six-year gap between albums with Sunsetter, released through Terminus Hate City on October 10, 2025. Recorded, mixed, and engineered by Chris Adams at Hidden Audio, the 11-song album moves further into black metal while retaining the punk foundation of their earlier material. Curwen mastered the record and created its artwork.
Sunsetter is the band’s fifth full-length, following The Devil’s Work, The Red Sect, The Grave Alchemist, and The Witch’s Grail. The 2023 EP All Hail the Night marked All Hell’s return to releasing music ahead of Sunsetter.
